I started this whole blogging business back about a year ago when my professor made us set up an account. I thought that it was really lame and just for married people, which it probably still is, but whatev. I erased my previous blogs and here I am starting new...

The name is Allie, not Alley, nor Alli, and especially not Muhammed Ali, but just plain old Allie. My favorite things in life are my family and friends, and the most fun things about life are my nieces and nephews.

I work to live not live to work (yes I stole that line from Kypton on the Bachelor) but I really love working as a receptionist.

I love talking to people and listening to their different backgrounds and what they have to offer in life. I love that for the most part, everyone is trying their best in life and that everyone thinks that they are making good and effective decisions.

I think that a good, healthy argument/discussion never hurt anyone and my life is consumed with people who are not afraid of telling you exactly what they feel or think at any given point of the day. I personally, love finding out that I am correct 90% of the time and that people eventually agree with me. It's all about reframing the discussion to agree with your point, no matter what it is!!

Life is good and I love it. I feel fulfilled in the things that I have done and know that even when life gets you down, that everything happens for a reason and that we will make it through. We become strong through the weakest points of our lives.
